(no subject)
Tomorrow's the day. The day of return. I don't think my feelings about that could be more mixed.
Anyway. It's been a great break all in all. It's definitely too long and I'll get a job next winter break for sure. I say that now. I doubt I'll actually follow through on that come next year. I won't seem like such a great idea next year when I've just finished a semester of hard work and can't imagine anything better than 7 weeks of laziness. But anyway. It's been a good break and I got to spend a ton of quality time with friends and family, which was awesome. I also got to sleep a lot, catch up on good and bad reading, eat real food, and help my mom out every now and then. So it's been nice. And now it's over.
I babysat Emory yesterday and became ridiculously attached to the kid in the seven hours I was there. He's probably the best behaved baby I've ever seen and he's absolutely adorable. It honestly was one of my favorite days out of my whole break plus I got to talk to Mrs. Harned for a while when she got home and that was really nice. We have a lot in common I think, and she always has great advice for me. I definitely miss having her in class every day. Mr. Harned too.
Anyway. I should be packing right now. I just finished my FAFSA and I can't put off the horrible packing any longer. I hate packing. With a passion. But I can't put it off til tomorrow because there won't be any time. So packing, here I come. Gross.
The next time I update I'll be back in Newark.
