weekend update (but not with Tina Fey)
It was a fun weekend overall.....Friday night I went over Kate's to have a quality girl's night. We rented Sideways(good
movie--Paul Giamatti is a completely underrated actor), picked up ice
cream at Sully's, chatted, and did anagrams (total inside joke!)
Saturday was my last session of Learning League. Let me tell you, playing ultimate frisbee for 3 hours in the pounding sun with mid-90 degree temperatures is DAMN HOT! I had a blast though--playing with a bunch of fun people who I hope I'll see again sometime! Plus I talked to Katie on the phone for a while on Saturday, who I haven't chatted with in a few weeks. I'm SO proud of her!
Cara (angelicdevil21) and I went to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith last night. Its not going to win an Oscar by any means, but it was just what I was in the mood for---frothy, mindless summer fun. (And you learn something new every day--apparently trying to kill each other is a massive turnon and an integral part of foreplay).
Oooh--I bought a new bathing suit yesterday. Its not yellow, but I can now say that I own a polka-dot bikini!
The Sox FINALLY won last night--step it up, boys!
Ok, now I'm off for the day before hopefully hanging out with Jena (jmpaolilli) tonight!
