Wow, it's been a while.
This semester was really challenging - I get the feeling they're not going to get any easier!
Constantly working, I have no life during the semester. But I'm doing what I love to do, and now I get to do it more on my own terms.

ENGLISH HONORS SOCIETY!!!
I freaking rock. I am so happy and so proud of myself.
And I found out that your GPA for your last semester doesn't count toward Latin honors, so if I maintain a 4.0 for two more semesters, I graduate magna cum laude!

CHRISTMAS YAY!
I'm making
THIS masterpiece for dessert =D
This pie is seriously famous among the vegan community.
I'm using light corn syrup (not light color - 33% reduced calorie, it's new!) in place of the brown rice syrup, and I'm pretty sure the arrowroot-cornstarch replacement ratio is equal, and instead of the candied pecans I decided I'd rather have crumbled pretzels, mmmm. And reduced fat crust and peanut butter with a quarter of the calories, woo! Because seriously, vegan food may be cholesterol-free, but...well, "vegan" and "healthy" are actually sometimes mutually exclusive, and I'm sorry I calculated the nutrition for this thing, haha.
One thing I'm really thankful for every Christmas is that it's never centered around money and the things we buy for each other. We (the siblings) don't even get each other anything, usually, and everything else is little things with usually one big thing. My parents (and my Grandmom) have really done a great job at raising us to realize that it's about family.
Wish I could put this all more eloquently, but I gotta take the tree inside! Haha we just got it yesterday.
I'm in such a good mood!
