my 1998 letter to mom
leah calls me from work tonight and tells me that she was looking through a pile of papers for something, and as she was looking for it, she found a letter that I wrote on the back of one of my spelling tests to mom - October, 1998
it reads,
Dear Mom,
If you see this letter then you should read it. Mom I love you but you hurt my feelings. You said 'cry somewhere else.' Mom, Carley put my red marker in glue, and my red didn't work. It feels like you don't care about me anymore. Why did you yell? Mom will you buy me knew markers? I need knew markers for home anyway. I'm sorry. I still love you. I'm sorry I cried, but you yelled at me.
