another strange dream
No "Jungle Queen" this time.
I have been sleeping oddly of late. By "oddly" I really mean not much at all. There has either been late night stuff happening or I just could not physically fall asleep. Last night I forced myself to go to bed and I slept HARD.
I slept so hard in fact that I, in my dream, mentioned it aloud. This turned into very stereotypical aspects of my personality (the nerd, the goth, the child, the crone...) pulling themselves from me and debating whether I was alive or not. Seriously, all of them were standing around semi-corporeal posing arguments about my survivability of this sleep. A coma was mentioned by the goth and the crone told her to not be such a drama queen, as we all know I am just sleeping. The little girl retorted that I would surely be fine as I had Cherry with me (Cherry is the stuffed skunk I have had since childhood... that I still sleep with... shaddap). There was mention of my body being a "vehicle in stasis" and that I may really be existing elsewhere. It was all very strange.
I am hoping that when I go to bed tonight I can just sleep. I think I will feel more rested if I can avoid an existential crisis between facets of my personality...
