update
I guess it's been a while since I've actually posted anything good..
so after a good weekend, I decided to share..
Work has been obnoxious.. so much drama its retarded..
People do their own thing and don't worry about who they
step on.. it causes problems. Lately, the clarinet section
has been a mess.. Luckily, after working 3 times more than
a couple others (due to the others doing their own thing),
I finally got a day off.. so, I'm still living my weekend now!
On a better note, this weekend I actually had Adam come hang out
at my place.. We went out for Jason Sander's 30th.. he finally
met Ben and Jason and got to meet Kelly B and Charlie Guidry as well
as Jason's gf, Bonnie, and a bunch of his other friends..
Then Saturday, we went over to Jason's to watch that pathetic game,
but got to see Jess Privler and her 7' tall husband.. That was cool, too..
After, Adam got a call from his friends who were ALL going to Dave and
busters (and I'd already suggested it for the night b/c I wanted to go),
so we went and had a blast.. raced horses, I played all the slot games
with the girls.. felt like little old women.. haha saw my future flash in
front of my eyes on that one! I can see myself being 75 sitting at a slot
machine in A.C. with the other girls and the guys somewhere else doing
their own thing.. haha good times!
Yesterday was just a total chill day (after making Adam run with me).. watched
tv/movies/football.. and the best part.. He bought me The Little Mermaid!!
I'm trying to collect all of the good Disney movies.. doing well so far, and
he bought that for me as soon as it came out! that movie is sso cute. The elem
music teacher in me adored it!
Anyways.. really.. Adam is amazing.. I never realized what being in love was really
like.. it's so great! Eventually he'll be down in BR... he's definitely going
to the VTech game next fall... I don't want to sit in the visitors section with him
but if he can get cheap tickets... it might be worth it!
Take him to the Chimes and show him what it's all about.. finally introduce him to
people that actually know me! I never really had "good" friends here, so.. I'm good
hanging out with his friends, but eventually!
