I went with my seeesters to look for bridesmaid dresses Saturday morning, and we found a couple that we really liked. One was just over $100, and the other would be nearly $300 for me, and a mere $160 or so for my baby sis. The second dress is actually separates: a floor-length A-line skirt, fitted sleeveless top that has beaded trim on the bottom and cute little jacket.
At noon-thirty-ish, JP and Mack met me at Kelley's for a huge brunch. We went home after eating, opened up the garage and pulled everything out. I have a 2-car garage, and there was barely room for one car in there. The main reason we decided to clean it out was because my freezer died a few weeks ago, and we had to clean everything to get rid of the dead meat smell. We cleaned the freezer out when it died, but it still left a terrible odor. In the process of cleaning everything up, we purged about 2/3 of what all was hiding in there.
We spent about six or seven hours working on that stupid garage. At one point JP set me inside the garage in the shade with lots of water to drink and a fan blowing on me and brought me boxes to sort out since I kept having dizzy spells. Mack helped occasionally. I was supposed to go to a friends promotion celebration party, but by the time we finished with the garage, I could barely move. I took a pain killer and a muscle relaxer, soaked in the shower (I would have ended up sleeping in the tub if I took a bath), then laid in bed and watched
Necessary Roughness.
Yesterday was so busy that today I slept in, skipped church, and will barely make it to my seeester's place for a Sunday afternoon visit. I wish I could take the next few days off. Monday I only have to work a half day since Mack has a doctor appointment mid-afternoon. After that I have dance class until 8pm.
I need school to start again so I can take a break from all these extra-curricular activities!
