Oh happy day!
I like happy days. It didn't really start out that way, but it's been getting better as the day goes on.
I stayed up way too late last night reading the second book in the Rachel Morgan series, The Good, the Bad, and the Undead
. Damn Kim Harrison for writing compelling stories!
That reminds me that I really need to update my books read/reading now sidebar. I am WAY behind on it. I've been keeping a list, just not actually updating. Wheelock's Latin will be on the "reading now" list for at least another six months.
I woke up this morning with one of those headaches that isn't quite sinus, but not really a migraine either. I took an Excedrin Migraine and a Sudafed to cover both bases. I seem to be much better now.
I have to go to class this morning and find out what I made on my midterm. I'm pretty stoked about Latin because I'm enjoying it and doing well so far. I'm enjoying Latin. Somebody shoot me now. I need to quit being so happy about it when I go to class because someone is surely going to get irritated with my enthusiasm and take out their Latin-y failure on me.
[Added because I forgot to hit the post button earlier... I got a 207 on my midterm where the base score was 200 and there were a possible 50 extra credit points. Yay me!]
