well hasn't this been a shit-yer-pants-slap-me-in-the-face kind if a week.
The move didn't go as swimmingly as we had hoped.
Movers showed up on time--good
Everything was packed when they got there-good
Movers were cordial and professional-good.
Movers loaded our smoldering BBQ grill on the truck and left it there overnight (they had planned to take it for themselves because we were going to leave it)-BAAAAAAAAD!
Clothes and belongings smell like a bonfire-annoying
Mr.M overly pissed-annoying
Smoke restoration people have made our things and house smell better and be cleaner than it would have been otherwise-excellent.
Mangy missing for 3 days now- bad.
I should have known some shit would hit the fan. Luckily
texantart ,
happycommuter and
mel76 were all present this weekend and i had tons of fun with all.
I can really go without moving for the next several years. bleeech!
