Eureka S4 Finale/Warehouse 13 - 4.10
What a great season. Astraeus mission was a fun through thread. Allison and Jack finally together worked just fine. I was rooting for Zane and Jo?! When did that happen? Henry and Grace were awesome. And, amazingly, they introduced a host of new characters, and they all worked for me! Wil Wheaton, and Felicia Day especially. And what's not to love about Ming Na? Nothing, is what. And Fargo, sort of all growed up. Aw.
I am so sorry, selfishly, that we have so little left of this show. I'm also bummed for the actors and crew, of course, and wish them all fabulous and good things next. I want to see them all on my screen again. Soon.
So, anyway, tonight's show:
The black hole thing was kind of odd, but it did give us the chance to hear Jack scream like a big ol' scaredy cat again, so, yay.
I loved Jack and Jo's good-bye scene, and then Jo passing Taggert on the way out to her walkabout; that was sweet. Aw, Taggert.
Lots of cute, little bits -- Fargo and Holly getting their groove on, Fargo and Parrish having a second of detante... and then they're back.
I was completely not expecting Allison to get stuck on the ship! Well played, Eureka, well played. Do you think she got to the chair in time???? Yeah, me, too.
I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot. It was a sweet, funny, touching, tense episode all in one. Thumbs up. Looking forward to the Christmas special, though three months... eh, they're months that tend to fly by.

Don't have much to say about W13. Didn't especially like the ep. I didn't hate it, but I wasn't all that invested. There's one plot thread that I think will turn out to be interesting, but...

the fact that throwing the artifact on the floor worked. What the heck? Is there precedent for that? Oy.
Haven't watched Castle yet. I think I will try now, but I have a feeling I'll fall asleep at this late hour. We'll see.
