I am in Boise right now. When will the travelling end!!! I had a pretty good weekend. Saturday I went to go see my grandma and grandpa in Fort Collins. My grandma recently had deep brain surgery where they inserted leads into her brain (controlled by a stimulator in her chest) to help settle her tremors from her parkinsons. It is amazing. Unfortunately she got an infection and they had to remove the stimulator and leads, but she will get them back once she gets better. She is seriously my hero because she is so positive considering everything she is dealing with and that she has to live in one smelly small room all day every day at a care facility. She is so cool.
Sunday, I went to a birthday party for one of my friends. It was fun. I am so proud of him and my best friend. Both of them just completed half iron mans which is amazing. They are also my heros to have the stamina and drive to do that. I really respect them both for doing that - simply amazing.
Things in life are pretty good, just cruisin' along trying to make the best of things in the situation I have and going day by day.
I appreciate what I have, but am so excited for what is to come...
