Alright, alright...
I guess I will make a non-angsty post for once.
Today is the first of da mooooooonth.
I dooooon't like December at all. Not in a bah-humbug sort of way--well, ok, yes, I'm not fond of the overly commercialized way of Christmas now (and I'm not very religious, either!) but mainly because work has introduced me to the evils of June and December. June, being half the year, is a mad rush to get premium in to look good. Guess what December's for! Yep, same thing. So this month will be crazy busy, which bites. Good news is that everything needs to be submitted by the 23rd BUT... we usually get that day as a half day since most of our agents won't be working. Tee hee. :>
Ummmm, I still have a cold. It started as that sore throat. It went away this past Tuesday, but came back Wednesday and now I'm congested. :( My shrink suggested Echinacea and tons of Vitamin C. Check. My body's pretty strong, so that's the only reason why Chris got hit BIG TIME and I'm just a measely stuffy-head.
I got paid yesterday. I keep forgetting that. I need to get gifts for my brother and my dad this weekend. Chris is talking about Next Big Thing 4 on Sunday, but you know... I don't know. I've got a lot of shit to do. I doubt I will go. I have a disgusting pile of laundry that needs to be taken care of and I like shopping the mall that day around 4pm, when the crowds start to thin.
I don't knooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Somebody make the decision for me. :) For non-Tampanians, Next Big Thing is a huge all-day concert hosted by the local alternative rock station here. This year's headliners are:
