Easter is almost here!
Well, it's almost Easter and with Spring officially starting, my allergies are saying "Hi!" Ah well.
I'm going to attempt to make pashka (Russian sweet cheese eaten at Easter with kulich, a sweet bread); here's hoping it come out OK! A co-worker was reminiscing about when she had someone who used to make it so I thought I'd make her happy by trying my hand...
This may turn out to be a disaster. If anyone has recipe suggestions, I'm always open to getting them!
