An Inconvienient Truth
I try not to be too political in my journal, but I feel this upcoming movie is worth mentioning. Back in the fall I went to a taping for the upcoming film "An Inconvienient Truth". It will be out on limited release this week and will be released in more cities depending on how well it does in its first release.
This is a film about Global Warming that Al Gore produced. Don't let your opinions about Al Gore keep you from seeing this movie- I guarantee it'll make you think about what we're doing to our planet and what YOU sepecifically are doing. It's heart-breaking. I'll be seeing the movie on Wednesday and I'll let you know how it is. The speech I heard (which is a large part or the whole movie) was excellent. Watch the trailer linked to on the website above.
And if you do see it, look for me. They filmed his speech several times so I'm not sure if I'm in it, but if I am I was sitting in the audience to Al's left in the 2nd row.
