Customer Service? What's that?!

I have a big beef with the T right now that I'd like to share with you all. This past Sunday I was on my way to work. i work at the Staples at the Assembly Square mall in Somerville and i live in Malden. So I catch the first 99 bus which I believe is the 8am, and ride it all the way to Wellington Station on the Orange line. As you know, the orange line does'nt run on the weekends becaude of the track signal repairs that are going on between Oak Grove and Wellington. There is about 8 different shuttle buses waitng to pick up passangers. I need one in particular. The shuttle that goes over to the Station landing parking garage so I could walk over to staples. I see a bus that looks like the one i need. As I am walking on the VERY uneven sidewalk towards the bus, i trip on the sidewalk and fall to my knees. I scraped both knees so bad that they were bleeding through my pants. There was 2 T inspection officers, a bus driver and a bus full of people there watching all of this take place. NONE of them came over to see if I was ok. NONE! As I sqirm in pain and get back on my feet, I go over to the bus that was right next to me when i fell and asked the bus driver if she was going over to the garage. She made a face at me and told me she does'nt go over there. i wanted to cry. You sat there and watched me fall and would'nt get up off your fat ass to come out of the bus to see if I was ok? Also the t inspectors cleaning up the huge oil spill, that got in your truck and sped away after it happened, What happened to customer service? Did't want to get caught up in a lawsuit because of the sidewalk so that is why you left me there? I was so upset. i ended up still going to work, and getting a new pair of pants. There was only one person that came over to see if I was ok, actually. A passenger in the bus that had just arrived when I fell. She saw the whole thing and could'nt believe no one came over to see if I was ok. Atleast there are some good people in this world.
