Electronics etc
Well, my new laptop arrived yesterday, meaning not only do I now I have a new computer, I could finally charge up my iPod Nano. Apparently my old computer would have burned out the poor little thing. I couldn't quite get internet up and running, and I was awfully tired last night, but I did manage to dump Wicked onto the iPod. It'll be a process getting everything else on there. Kel, I still haven't taken pictures, but now that it's working, I will :)
Speaking of Wicked, my mind must have been preoccupied yesterday when I was deciding on a name for my computer and iPod. The computer got the name Elphie, which is just perfect because it's a tiny 12' screen laptop. The iPod is named Chistery. I was clearly going with a theme.
In other news, I finally sat down and started sketching again. Man, it's been a while. Em inspired me a while ago with her Elphaba sketch, but I've only just had the time now. I wanted to try sketching Elphaba, but I couldn't find a picture that I liked enough, so I'm drawing Idina from the Rent movie instead. I hope it'll turn out. Right now, I'm really happy with the eyes, but I've still got a ways to go. I'm having fun with it though.
Oh, oh, oh...I got an office at work. Yay. That means I have more privacy and more internet time ;)
