HI AGAIN
Today could have been much worse, so if I look at it that way, it was quite the victory. I woke up feeling awful, and thought the day would be a complete wash.
I, however was mildly productive and kept my sicky-poo-ness away for one whole day!
I got up around noon and took a shower and cleaned my dishes. I made porridge and tea for brunch. I worked on the computer allllllll day. I read important emails. I saved the world. Okay, well, mostly.
I cleaned my room a little and contemplated doing laundry.
And I did nothing but take care of myself until dinner. I decided to go eat downstairs since I finally figured out how the meal plan works here. I had some kind of beef and a huge baked potato with some bread. Then 7 PM I headed over to Keynes (the fancy part of campus, I found out...) to meet with some people for character creation for a really cool role-play game called World of Darkness: Evacuation. I'm playing an 8 year old girl. At one point while asking about different traits I wanted the game master turned to me and asked "you're not going to be one of those awful little girls who pull wings off flies, are you?" and I sort of looked up at the cieling and said "Well, I wasn't GOING to be, but now..." and he laughed. It's a small group, but it should be fun!
I came home and had some email from my boss at screenspotlight, so I had to figure out how to have him pay for movies on iTunes for me. Then I started thinking about halloween, and I started to try and figure out my Dr. Horrible costume, which I'm insanely excited about and will probably be able to manage for under $40.00. Probably.
OH AND ALAN EFFING TANZ CALLED ME!!!!
I was so excited I nearly peed myself and we talked for a whole hour! The poor thing- he's sick, too. I miss him soooooo much!!
I also got to talk to Pat on the phone for more than two seconds. He's paying for my netflix while I'm away and reaping the benefits, but I forgot to take Queer as Folk off the queue so guess what showed up at his apartment today with HIS name on it?

Tomorrow is the day of a thousand dillemas. There is Anime playing all day, but there is also a gaming society trip into town, and there is 24 hour drama all starting at vaguely the same time.
I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START!!! I suppose I will go to the drama club, since anime always exists and I can figure out the places in town on a map, and the drama club is only doing this event for one day...
Yeah, I think it MIGHT have to be drama...
Then Sunday Jae needs to go to Tesco, so there's that.
I got more bread. Maybe this loaf won't go all moldy on me.
