I meant to update last night and log my food. I didn't have time. So, I had Cottage Cheese and tomatoes for breakfast. For snack I had string cheese. Lunch was Chef Salad without croutons, and a sugar free Jell-o. I forgot to eat my afternoon snack because I was busy and not hungry, so I ate a turkey roll-up when I got home (turkey slices rolled up in a romaine leaf with mayo). I had to go to my In-Laws for computer problems, so it was late by the time we ate dinner. I made red beans and rice with smoked sausage. I ate a little of that and a green salad with italian dressing. (I then had to go back to the In-Laws to finish the computer thing!) So, not bad for my first day.
