Election day
yeah. ying and i spent a "fun" five hours handing out how-to-vote cards for the greens at wayburne preschool, which is in glen waverly on the border of bruce and chisolm. it wasn't that bad, although the first hour passed pretty slowly...generally ppl are ok. had one strange woman...she'd taken a liberal one, i think, and then was refusing a labour one cos..."i'm a greenie" (add some mention of recycling)
jeni: "then you'll be wanting one of these!" (offers greens card)

raerae came to see us (and vote) sometime a little after 1. ^_^ it was good to see her, but the poor thing's had her wisdom teeth out, so her head was bandaged. DDD: it looked really painful!!
a bit after 6, mum came and picked us up, then we had dinner at la porchetta with mum and dad. and icecream ^_^
