I don't think this impacts many of you on my FL, but it was a useful enough article that I felt like it was worth posting anyway -- A Primer for Young People Starting Their First Job, explaining the basics of health and retirement benefits. Oversimplified? Yes. However as someone who reads and works with benefits communications 40 hours a week, I wish more places would explain things that simply.
