(no subject)
I've been trying to think of something to write about other than the normal update on my life (you know....the "I'm still living with my in-laws, still not getting pregnant, still dealing with my 2 year old" update).
But.....it's early, I'm tired, and I can't think of anything else to write about.....So, it's just another update....Get over it!! ;)
So...I'm still living with my in-laws! (bet you didn't see that coming, did you?) But S finally got a job, so move out date is set for July first. He's working for a great company in Simi Valley, so we'll be moving there. About 35 minutes from here....which definetly means that his family will HAVE to call before they come over!!
I'm getting a little anxious to move out. I'm ready to have my own space again.....cook in my own kitchen, hang out in my own living room, have my child sleep in his own room....you get the picture.
OH!!! That reminds me....I do have one funny (possible TMI) story to tell. So, we share a room with C. I can literally reach out and touch his bed while still lying in mine. Needless to say, S and I have not been having the world's best sex over the past few months. With C on one side of us, and his parents room right across the hall, it can be a little difficult.
Anyway...I'm on Clomid........and I FINALLY ovulated this month. WOOHOO!! BUT...it happened on the same night that S was EXAUSTED from work, and I had had a really tough day with the boy. But...we're troopers, and we were willing to have that obligatory I-only-need-your-sperm kind of sex! (Romantic, huh?)
We put C to bed at 9:45.....at 11:00, we went in and he was STILL awake. So, we hung out with him until 11:30, when I said it was absolutley time for bed. S and I were both tired, so we decided to just go to bed too. We laid there talking for a few minutes, and about midnight, C was quiet, and hadn't moved, and so we figured he was asleep. So, clothes come off, kissing insues, S whispers "I love you." And from Connor's bed we hear, "I love you too, Daddy!" AAGGGHHH!!!!!!!!! So we waited another 30 minutes, and by then he really was sleeping....and I think we were both 1/2 asleep....that or it was so awful that I just blocked it out!!
Maybe we'll try again next month!! And, on the off chance that we end up getting pregnant.....won't that be a sweet conception story to tell our child!?!?!
