It's Monday officially (it's 1 am here)- May 22nd. Exactly a year ago today, Jeff asked me to marry him. I can't believe a year has passed already. I have never been more suprised or happy about anything in my entire life. Now the wedding is creeping closer, and I couldn't be more excited. Jeff and I were laughing at the thought of this being "another anniversary." I don't think of it as that, but I certainly think of the day often. It's one I'll never forget.
I got back from Florida yesterday afternoon. Michelle and I had a great time. The trip was filled with tons of resting and relaxing, and other great things such as fat camp, JOEL!- her husband, taking people's heads off, thong chic, slut soap, 7 pm? and many other wonderful memories. Thankfully we avoided breaking Kenny's house, and fortunately, no racing was involved (unless you count our mad kayaking skills). The time I spend with Michelle is priceless. There is not a better sister in this world for me! BFF4L, 4 sure. haha
Last night I went with my family to see the musical "Wicked." It was fan-freakin'-tastic!! I loved the story, the music, the set...so well done!! Everyone should see it, especially if you love a good musical.
Today I spent most of my afternoon and night with Jeff. It was absolutely the best! We washed my car (those damn love bugs!!), or rather, Jeff washed my car (he wouldn't let me do it). Then we cleaned up/changed and went to dinner. It was the best. I love private evenings with my man. It's so nice to get away from the chaos of our worlds. The best part is having the opportunity to just talk about anything and everything. Jeff is so random and fun. He always makes me feel like I am the only one around. We just enter our own world together and laugh and cry and smile and gossip. Date nights are the best! Then we came back home, watched the first episode from the Nip Tuck Season 2 dvd, and cuddled. It was just a wonderful, relaxing, special night with the guy I adore. I tell you what, I love him more every minute. It's the most incredible thing in the whole world. He is by far my favorite!
