Home Sweet Home
I'm at home!!! I'm not supposed to be here for another 3 days, but I've already been here for 3, isn't that awesome! One of our team orthopods went to bat for me (w/out me even asking him too) and convinced my head athletic trainer that I should be able to go home sooner then the 23rd. Rod, the head ATC, agreed and I got to come home on Friday. I suprised my family that night when I beat on the door, then I got to suprise Jenny and the crew at her wedding on Saturday, which I wasn't supposed to be able to make. It was great! The wedding was beautiful, and the recepetion was great as well. Sunday I got to go to my church, spend the afternoon baking w/ my mom and then go back to church for a Christmas contata and a retirement party for my old youth minister. Since then I've basically been doing the lazy thing, and its GREAT!!! It's so much nicer to be boring and do nothing at home w/ my family than it is alone in Columbia. Wednesday my mom, aunt Sheila and I are going to go check out this new shopping center near Mobile, AL...supposed to be really nice. Then Friday I am going to go get my hair cut and highlighted. I'm trying to prepare myself mentally and emotionally for what is sure to be a very.....unusual and possibly difficult Christmas...but I can do it. So that's that....just chillen. Loving time off in Pcola and aniticipating the fun to be had in Orlando, it's going to be absolute craziness, I can't even imagine. Ok so that's all, sorry if it's a bit disjointed...you all should be used to it by now! Ok I'm off...night all!
