I'm glad Jack was able to come up with a temporary solution to Mon's predicament. I hope they can find a way to get her home some day. I also hope they're able to find Mr Salls, put him out of business, and punish him for his crimes. If anyone deserves to rot in a UNIT cell, it's him.
I'm happy the team is getting to see the Queen's visit, even if they are on security duty, but I'm sad that Ianto can't be there also. While I didn't really expect Jack to allow him to accompany them, operating, I'm sure, under the belief that he could be dangerous and therefore had to be kept away, it's most probably a once in a lifetime event Ianto is missing out on due to no fault of his own. The fact that busybody Mrs Miggins had a hand in it really rankles me. I think TW needs to introduce her to Janet.
From the teaser, the next story in this verse sounds yummy and intriguing and as eager as I am to devour it, I'm fully prepared to sit patiently and wait for it. Writing is a gift that cannot be forced or rushed. It takes time and we all know that. So when it is ready, we will be here.
You're not the first to suggest introducing Mrs Miggins to Janet. The idea has merit, although is rather morally questionable! LOL.
