Ebay fail
From all the years I've ordered photography gear off ebay, I'm glad I've had such good luck... until yesterday.
I ordered some Lomo film. Its was a fantastic deal, the seller had outstanding ratings, I thought, why the hell not. Film is so expensive these days, I may as well stock up.
I received my package yesterday. To my dismay, the packaging wasn't new, it had been opened, original film removed and replaced with some generic no name brand. Well this sucks. The flip side.. I got a fantastic deal! Needless to say I'm not too terribly torn by this. Even if its expired film, it should give me some neat effects.
On a more positive note, my camera is waiting for me at the post office to be picked up. *squee*. I can't wait to try this puppy out. It's going to be challenging trying to figure out what is what. Everything is written in Russian, I do like a good challenge though. A co-worker volunteered to help me with the language beerier, as she was raised in Poland and was forced to learn Russian in grade school.
Enough rambling..
