I'm glad my babbling post made you remember about this. I'll have time to read it tomorrow morning, but meanwhile, I think it needs to go under a cut. On my friends page, it shows up only black, and that usually means it's too large. I just learned this stuff a few months ago. In your journal, you want to highlight your text (say everything except your intro and title), then click on the LJ Cut box. It's one of the buttons above the text box. Then it will come up with a new box that lets you type in the title (or just "read more"). Click it, and you're done. If that doesn't make sense, go to the LJ help page, and type in LJ cut.

But I can come back to your page and read the story here, too, so no biggie. Just to let you know though. I have to watch The Office premiere tonight, and will read tomorrow!

I've tried it twice... and it keeps telling me my post is too long... I've even cut it in half trying to shorten it and it still doesn't work. Maybe i'll try from home tomorrow... our work computers are super slow!
