I'm busy.
I've been very busy lately helping John & Camille Kydd paint their house. I haven't been getting home until at least 11pm for the last few days and I'm already starting to burn out a little bit. I do like earning extra money although I already have it all spent in my head before it is in my hand. Today I am going to do a test on the base boards of a mahogany faux finish. If it works out and they like it then it will be used throughout the entire house. That's a lot of fauxing. I still have quite a bit of straight painting to finish on top of that.I will also be creating some window treatments and recovering a bench for them. This is all great but it is a lot of work especially with already having a job. Granted I haven't been that busy at work lately but I still have to show up. I have also been talking to EBK at work about painting the room of her twins to be. I'd also be making some window treatments and a bedskirt? I need some time to learn my new computer (Mini Mac) which I bought from Lars. I need to create a website so I can get my business rolling. I do hope that the D.O.D. show continues because I am not quite ready to support myself yet. I need to start saving money just in case. I'd like to have enough to be 3 months ahead on my rent. That's $1275. More than I thought.
