MS Walk 2008
I just wanted to remind you that I am participating in the MS Walk 2008 event this coming Saturday, April 12. I am still looking for sponsors if any of you are able to donate. Every dollar counts and any donation, regardless of the amount, will be greatly appreciated. You can easily make a minimum $5.00 donation using the link I have provided at the bottom of this post. For cash or check donations you may contact me directly. Checks should be made out to the MS Society. Anybody who contacts me with a minimum donation of $20.00 will receive an MS Walk stuffed bear. There are only 4 bears left, so hurry!
You may be wondering why I decided to join in this walk. My best friend was diagnosed with MS two years ago when she was just 24 years old. I've been learning about this disease ever since and knowing what she will have to face in the coming years makes me want to do whatever I can to help find a cure. All donations will go towards research to find that cure we are hoping for.
