approximately annual update?
Hi everyone! As usual, it has been forever and a day since I last attempted communications. And also as usual, I will be in some potentially exciting locations in the not-too-distant future. And most definitely as per usual, I would love love love to see people.
Bay Area people! I will be around next week! I'll be primarily up in SF (and perhaps the East Bay) in the first part of the week, but toward the end of the week I'm thinking I might spend a couple days down in the South Bay/Peninsula area, though I do not have any logistics for that part worked out yet at all.
Boston people! Obviously I completely failed to make it to Boston last winter/spring, alas. :( However. I am really, really hoping that this time we will actually make it work and visit, most likely around Chinese New Year.
Winter holidays are up in the air, but it's looking like it might be Chicago? My parents sold their MN house this summer, so... yeah. I don't know when I'll next be in MN, which is a weird feeling. It'll happen sooner or later, though. Some part of me will always been Minnesotan.
I'm still engaged but not yet married, though we now have a house in the Austin area that is truly ours and (nearly) all of my belongings are actually in one place for the first time in basically forever, which pretty surreal and awesome.
Anyway, please drop me a note if you want to see me in any of these locations (including Austin, if you happen to come here!). Or, you know, if you just want to say hi and tell me how you've been. :) Current contact info is in the locked post right before this one. Miss you all.
