I got the job!!!
I went for an interview at the bank this morning, and 10 hours later, I got a call with the job offer. :D :D :D
It's 39 hours a week, with a set schedule, and PAID benefits. :D I get an "allowance" to dole out on whicever benefits I choose, and they're effective 30 days after I start. My first payday is 11 days after my start date. My first PAID holiday is 7 days after my start date. :D (Columbus Day) In 60 days, I have 2 weeks of vacation time deposited into my "account". :D
I GET BANKERS HOURS!! Extended bankers hours, mind you, because my branch is open until 7 during the week, and 9-2 on Saturdays, but still. No more Sundays. No more nights. No more MIDnight closings. No more having to take the job home with me!!!
*sigh*
Breathing again. Now to get the digestive track working properly again, and the sleep schedule rearranged... again.
Plus, with the start date I have, I have essentially 3 weeks "off" to spend with my son and husband. That's priceless.
