Umm help
Ok so i'm merrily surfing the web.. when norton anti-virus starts ringing bells ans send me an alert that I was now the proud owner of a Trojan virus and that it was not able to fix it. lucky me... huh, must be my birthday *sighs* So like a dork I freak out and turn off the computer.
Stupid I know.
So then I delete all the files in the temp file folder thinking that whatever was downloaded went there.
So then I do a virus scan. Nothing turns up....
So then I log into my e-mail accounts and... it dosen't look like anything happened...
I'm going to check them again in a few minutes (so if you get any spam from me this is why)
So my question is this.. oh computer genius friends of mine *bats eyelashes and smiles*
Where the heck did the virus go? I'm confused...
And if my anti-virus can't find it the second time around..
how can it find it to fix it?!
