1 TBSP Water (warm = better)
1 TBSP Chocolate-compatible Booze of choice

Let sit for a minute or two
Top with whipped cream/topping and sprinkle w/cinnamon, if desired.
Bliss out.
----------------
so far, Grand Marnier and Cruzan Black Strap Rum are winners.
I also apparently still have a bottle of 99 Bananas on the shelf.
I am mildly tempted to see how the blueberry port might fare (as it is not so good for the sipping itself).
Fortunately, I am out of Cocoa Powder. I made Shredded Beef/Pork/Chicken with Mole Sauce many times this year.
I would like to attempt the Boozey Kick on an actual batch of Brownies (I found a couple of good "from scratch" recipes), but tonight I needed a quick fix that didn't require a lot of work.
And now I am blissed out; and it's been an hour, so I think it's safe to go find my bed. :)
ciao!
