Birthday Stuff.
Another birthday. No, I don't feel older. I went out for dinner wth Mum & Denise, then my good friends met me at the bar for drinks. I had...several. I even did my celebratory shot of tequilla. When things were winding down there, Tucker grabbed a couple JUGS of wine and we retired to the house for some hanging out and movies. (Transylvania 6-5000 and several groupings of School Scare flicks and old school movie trailers from the 60's.) Tejay came to the house after he got off work.
I got some cool shit. Christy got me a t-shirt that says "Give Bush A Wedgie." and a bumper sticker that says "People are particularly stupid today, I cannot talk to any more of them.", which are both Gilmore Girls items. I also got Season 6 of the Gilmore Girls from my Mum, along with Silent Hill, which I've yet to watch. She got me purple bedsheets, too. Yay. Tucker was broke, so his gift was to get extremely stoned for my birthday. Love that. He's a hilarious lightweight. It was pretty priceless.
I really want to go out of town for my brithday next year. Tupelo just isn't the place to celebrate anything short of your prize cow coming home with a blue ribbon, if you know what I mean. Speaking of animals, mine are being a royal pain in my ass. They have learned to dig holes to get out of my fenced in backyard...which, I'm sure they do only to frustrate me. Damn the quadrapeds.
