Thanks again for the lovely comments and support for re-engaging my LJ-ness. It's an old friend that I just kind of kept tucked away. Now it's time to polish it up and put it to use!
I'm grateful to freelancer_47 - so very grateful. She had an extra promo code for a free download for Legend of the Seeker Season 2 premiere. And she gave it to me! I haven't watched yet but I do have it here on my PC and will be watching tonight. *squee* Thank you, Heidi!!! Now I just have to get Alex's butt in gear to get dinner and his shower out of the way and we can go and watch!
Um as much as I love to wear my flip-flops, I'm really READY for Fall to get here already. Yes we changed DST now bring on the weather. I got excited a couple of weeks ago when it turned colder and rained, but then it got all Indian Summer on us. Girlfriend wants to get all snuggly - bring on the colder weather!
And with that....I'm out!

I loved the premiere! I really did. I do think the producers are doing a pretty good job with the adaptation from the books. . . even with some of their tweaks. I am still a little nervous as to how far they are going to go with Cara (she is a fave of mine) but will just wait and see. I won't spoil anyone but I'll tell you that the production quality is REALLY good - they stepped it up a notch even over last season. Yep! And I love the actress playing Cara!
