(no subject)
So uh, today we're finally getting together. And it should be fine, but if things start to get awkward I can be like, "Uh, joni's coming and I have to clean stuff. Yeah. Kay bye." and then run away like the super AVOID girl that I am. But we'll see how that goes.
And more exciting is JONI! Uh yeah, I've missed her every other time she's come out the past couple of times, and now I'm super excited cause I get to be the first one to see her. :D
So I have never been as excited for a doctors appointment as I am for my appointment with the podiatrist. This guy has a gait lab. And sells orthotics on site. And and and, he sounds super cool and hopefully can tell me why little things make my ankles and knees hurt. (It's never a good sign when driving can irritate your knee.) Also I finished Suzanne Farrell's autobiography yesterday, and I kept cringing as she was talking about her hip and her replacement. She had worn the cartilage completely away and had lost an inch off of her leg. An inch. That's insane! And must have hurt like hell. It's not surprising that she couldn't walk. Mkay, enough idolization.
