Ahh Christmas
Today was Christmas. Its funny, I didnt ask for anything this year. I didnt ask for one single thing. But I got lots of good stuff. I also got lots of stuff that Im not really sure what to do with. Like ok, get this, my parents got me a tool kit. Im not talking like a manicure tool kit. This is a wrench and screwdiver type tool kit box. What am I going to do with this? Do I seem like a tool kind of girl? I was so confused when I opened that one up. Is somebody trying to tell me something? Then I got this hideously cute pink sparkly beaded cap. I will NEVER wear it but its so awful looking that I cant help but be drawn to it. But I did get some awesome gifts too. I got jewelry (YAY!) and pj's which Im not really sure when I will wear... anyways, and I got boots and other really cutesy me stuff. I guess it pays not to ask for anything. I mean, I would have been happy enough with the one necklace that I got, but no, I got three necklaces, two sterling and one gold AND earrings. Oh my gosh these earrings are SO cute! They came in a hippo box, because I get a hippo of some kind every year. But anyways, theyre star of david earrings, very basic but absolutely adorable. I love them. So yeah, Im so glad to be back in the burg though. I really missed my boyfriend (God I hate that word). A week without getting any is a long time, but more than that, I didnt have anyone to snuggle up with and talk about absolutely nothing with, or to rather. Anyways, its good to be home. I was homesick the whole time I was in Oregon, which is weird because Im always homesick for Oregon when Im in Ellensburg. I dont get it... maybe Im not supposed to.
