Home Sweet Home
Im home! It's so nice to come home and be absolutely adored! I walked in and everyone swooned. Well everyone would include my dad, two sisters and dog, since they were the only ones home. But still, thats good enough for me. At least I know they missed me. My dog, Achilles is so cute! His hair is growing out and since he's a pomeranian, that means its getting long and shaggy but oh my god, he is SO adorable! Hes black, so he looks like a boy rather than that pussy sable colour that most poms are bred to be. I love my dog! My parents have their Christmas tree up, but its not the same. Every other year there have been a million ornaments on it, mostly from us kids making them and putting them on. This year it looks so bare, like they didnt put the old ones up. Its just not the same. They moved around the furniture in the living room, but we do that most every year about this time. I really like this set up because now the tv wont have a glare and the hutch is separated so as to showcase more stuff collected from travels. They have like an entire section of the living room dedicated to trinkets and such from Kuwait. Its really cool. Im so lucky to have a family that is so willing to travel anywhere in the world.
Tomorrow I get to go see my new neice! Im so excited! Shes like 3 days old now and Ive not yet seen her! I saw pictures and she kinda looks alien-ish. I know thats not nice, but most newborns do look kinda freaky for a little while. But my sisters have reassured me that she is just as cute as a baby can be, whatever that means.
I love coming home but this is going to be a LONG week.... Im not going to get to see my man friend or get any action or walk into my house and hear "hello beautiful". I never thought I would actually miss Ellensburg, but I guess its not the Burg Im missing, just my friends. Oh well, we have malls here! oohh sparkles! pretty things! oh yeah, I need to ask my mom if mormons have wisdom teeth.... ;)
Oh oh! And the Jicks are playing! Dude, Im so stoked! We are SO going to see them on thursday!
