ミ★ミ★ミ★
I unintentionally made today a really long day. XD;;
After I finished my homework up through Wednesday's classes, I went to do some drawing/coloring. By the time that was done, it was nearly 4am, and I had arranged with the Japanese girl I mentioned before from Twitter to have a voice session with her on Skype. So that was 7am my time. ^^; I took a 3-hour nap, then got up and logged in. We ended up talking for 2 hours, did stuff like introductions (real names, ages, etc. XD). We talked about bots, programming, how long since the games have been out, drawing, my craft projects, Japanese in general, etc.
According to her, my English voice is cool (かっこいい), while my Japanese voice is cute (かわいい), haha. As is when I'm trying to work out the right Japanese or trying to figure out the right word equivalents. XD; 「日本語カタコトとかって やっぱり 一生懸命で可愛いのん♪」 via Twitter
That was fun! And she said she'd send me a copy of the Re:Coded flyer, and maybe a copy of the Re:Coded promo DVD if she can figure out how. =DDD I might get a letter, too~ I gave her my mailing address because she had originally asked for it earlier.
We're hoping next time, we might be able to have more people join in and have a group voice session. It would be pretty cool to talk to more Japanese people who are fans! I need to speaking more...
Continuing from where I left off! After the Skype session, keep_your_style came to pick me up, and we went to Hermosa/Redondo Beach and walked for a couple hours. There was also a festival of sorts going on, and there were LLAMAS at the petting zoo. O_O; They look funny. XD Needless to say, I've got a shirt tan and a little bit of sunburn on my collarbone area.
Food at the food court at Del Amo, and then I conked out for a few hours at home before coming back to HB.
