忘年会、二次会、三次会
Just got back to the apartment as the sky started turning a lighter shade of blue/green in the horizon... XD;
The 30th was our 忘年会 at a nice Japanese restaurant in Shinjuku. Our group consisted of: festivewind, Fern, xaevyn, ritsu2(?), youkofujima, midoriyuki, me, maiki, aoisorae, and two Japanese cosplayers -- しばさん(?) and かをんさん. Way too much food, and Ayli was sad that we couldn't eat more before our time was up.
二次会 was at a family restaurant, where we waited out the 3 hours before "free time" at the karaoke places (only we found out later the hours/fees were a little different around New Year's). Conversation basically split in two... I was getting cozy with youkofujima, LOL. (we shared a chair) Kurot practiced her Japanese with the two Japanese cosplayers, we'd interject with help or translations. Fern and the two left afterwards, and we headed to our 三次会.
三次会 was at Karaoke-kan from basically 11pm-5am... We stayed out and waited for the trains to run again. The room was pretty small, but we managed. I wonder how my voice will be when I wake up.

Before the above, I went to lunch with Yoshi and his boss in Shinjuku at the Keio Plaza Hotel (the same place where the JET orientation was). There's this "LOVE" piece on the sidewalk near Shinjuku I-land Tower in 6丁目, which apparently Ayli says there's the same exact thing in New York. I noticed it because it's in the Skip Beat OP, and went to take pics. XD;
And then I nodded off at a cafe in the Shinjuku station for an hour before heading to meet the some of them at their apartments.

So, now I'll go to sleep and pay a visit to the others later since Yoshi's going to be spending the eve and New Year's day with his boss.
