Author: JenJM (me)
Pairing: Gabe/William, Mikey/William, Pete/Patrick, Brendon/Ryan, Jon/Spencer and many a few others.
Rating: NC-17 overall
Characters: Gabe Saporta, William Beckett, Pete Wentz, Patrick Stump, Mikey Way, others. Pretty much everyone from Cobras, Academy, FOB and MCR. Plus Maja Ivarsson of The Sounds, and I can tell you Green Day will appear somewhere along the way.
Word count: 96,000 total words
Warnings: language, blood, violence, killings, all the stuff you can find in a story where people kill vampires and vice versa. But these vampires have sense of humor.
Disclaimer: Gabe and William aren’t mine ç_ç they belong to each other themselves. Actually no one in here belongs to me, and it’s so sad.
I really don’t mean to offend anyone and nothing of what I wrote in this story is to be considered real, it’s all fiction.
Author’s Notes: Pete being a vampire and hunting others vampires is kinda taken from FOB’s video for “Sixteen candles”, all the other stuff is a product of my twisted mind.
Title from Cobra Starship’s “Prostitution is the world’s oldest profession (And I, dear Madame, am a professional)”.
As ever, feel free to report any mistake. Constructive criticism is welcome, feedback makes me happy!

Gabe stood quickly, grey wings growing from his back as his fangs and claws appeared. “You son of a bitch.” He growled as he attacked Butcher again, and they ended up on the floor in a mess of feathers and curses.
Taking advantage of that Pete approached Patrick, removing the blade from his leg immediately. “Trick, hey, look at me.”
“Bill, he’s--” Patrick barely saw Pete through the tears and the daze caused by the excruciating pain. “Pete--”
“Shh, it’s okay, I’m taking you out of here.” Pete fought the knot that had formed in his throat as the situation felt even more like a déjà vu, except for the fact that now William was dead and Gabe was probably just minutes from being killed as well.
Patrick just nodded and stifled a yell at the throbbing pain in his leg. Pete reached for the chain, but as soon as he touched it, he yanked his hand back, burned.
“Fuck.” The vampire cursed and heard Mikey shout a warning in his direction, just before he was pulled back and fangs sank in his neck.
Mikey ran for the knife on the ground and reached them, but before he could use the blade Butcher raised his head from Pete and his free hand grabbed Mikey’s neck, throwing him against the wall next to Patrick.
With a deep growl Pete freed himself from Butcher’s grip, his white wings growing quickly from his back. He saw Gabe stand from the floor behind Butcher and tilted his head to the side. “Looks like you’re in trouble now, Butcher.”
“You think?” Butcher threw himself at Pete, and Gabe joined the fight, trying to find a way to restrain Butcher.
Mikey stood slowly from the floor, feeling his broken bones heal despite the force of the impact with the wall. He turned his head and saw Patrick fight against the urge to pass out, then his eyes moved to William’s body. Without a word he reached the werewolf and took a deep breath.
“Go help Pete.” Patrick whispered, shaking his head.
“We gotta get you out of here, Patrick, or he won’t care about living or dying.” Mikey closed both his hands on one of the chain, pulling with all his strength and stifling a cry as the object burned his hands.
“Stop it.” Patrick tried to shove him away, but Mikey just let go of the chain, throwing a glance at the fight behind him and waiting for his hands to heal. Maja appeared on the doorstep and looked at the scene, her face paling when she saw the inside of the room.
“Just shut up and let me help you.” Mikey said as he pulled at the restrain again. The chain eventually broke, and Mikey let it go immediately, going for the other.
“Behind you, Mikey!” Maja warned him, and Mikey turned, seeing Gabe and Pete on the floor and Butcher take the knife on the floor and run towards him. With all the strength he’d left, Patrick shoved Mikey out of the vampire’s way.
Butcher aimed for Patrick’s heart, moving too fast for Pete or Gabe to reach him, but just before he reached the werewolf, Mikey stepped again between them, the knife stabbing him right in the heart.
“I’m sorry.” Mikey managed to choke out, looking at Pete past Butcher’s shoulder, and a few seconds later the blade fell on the ground, surrounded by the ashes of Mikey Way.
“Mikey!” Both Patrick and Pete yelled, and Butcher took a step back, surprised.
“You bastard!” Pete reached Butcher and grabbed one of his wings, throwing him against the wall at his left and pinning him there. “You fucking son of a bitch!”
Maja reached Patrick, who just shook his head and gestured the witch towards William’s body. She kneeled on the ground and tried to wake him, but when Patrick shook his head again, she realized what that meant; she pulled William in her arms with a sob, her eyes watering.
Butcher laughed at that, shoving Pete back, but Gabe stepped in and helped the other vampire to restrain him. Pete took out William’s knife and pointed it at Butcher’s throat. “And now? You’re gonna cut my head off?”
“No.” Pete growled, his eyes filled with rage and regret as he put the knife away after just a few seconds.
Before Gabe could ask what he was up to, Pete raised a fist and punched Butcher’s chest as hard as he could. He felt the ribs break easily and the flesh was torn apart as his hand sank in the vampire’s chest. “I’m gonna rip your heart out and watch it rot.”
Butcher yelled, trying to get free from the grip, but Pete opened his fist and his fingers closed immediately on the vampire’s heart, pulling hard. Butcher’s voice faded and he looked at the organ in Pete’s hand just before his eyes went blank and he turned into dust.
Gabe looked at his friend for a couple of seconds, startled, until the heart turned into dust itself and Pete cleaned his hand off the blood on his jeans. Without a word the taller vampire reached the table, looking for the keys of the chains, while Pete reached Patrick.
“What the hell?” Billie Joe looked at the room from the doorstep, quickly joined by Jon, Joe and Tom. When the vampire saw Maja holding William in her arms, he rushed towards her, while Joe blinked away the tears at the sight of Andy’s body, slowly reaching it.
Gabe found the keys and threw them at Pete, while Jon quickly walked towards the injured werewolf. “It’s a deep wound, we gotta get him out quickly.” Jon took the keys form Pete’s hands and unlocked the chain that kept Patrick secured to the wall, then opened the one Mikey had broken. “Brendon and Vicky are keeping the vans ready.”
Pete stopped him before he could walk away and looked at the floor. “When you’re done, can you please collect those for me?” He asked nodding towards Mikey’s ashes and fighting back tears.
“Okay.” Jon nodded, careful not to step on the ashes as he headed towards William. He unlocked the chains and the body fell limp in Maja’s arms as she kneeled on the ground. Taking a deep breath and closing his eyes for a second to stop himself from crying, Jon headed towards Andy, while Gabe knelt down next to Maja.
“Bill.” The vampire whispered, his voice shaky as he took the body from Maja’s arms and held it tight. He buried his face in William’s neck, not even trying to repress the sob that rose in his throat. “It wasn’t supposed to end like this, dollface.” Gabe whispered, his hand trailing in William’s hair while his wings surrounded them. “Please.”
“Gabe.” Pete’s voice barely made it to his brain, but he didn’t look up. “Let’s bring everyone home.”
“How long do we have before dawn?” Gabe asked, looking up after a few seconds, and Pete wasn’t surprised to see his cheeks marked with red tears.
“A few hours.” Pete replied, keeping an eye on the spot where Jon was putting a temporary bandage to Patrick’s wound. “C’mon.”
“Take care of Patrick.” Gabe looked at the body in his arms, then up at Pete again. “If we make it, we’ll be home soon.”
“What?” Pete’s eyes widened and both Billie Joe and Maja looked at him, confused. “You want to --”
“His body’s still warm, I have to try.” Gabe’s voice was low but steady, determined. “You know it’s possible.”
“You’re not old enough, you’re gonna die.” Pete saw a little sad smile curve Gabe’s lips and realized the vampire knew it well.
“I don’t care.” Gabe nodded towards Patrick and held William closer. “Go, he needs you.”
Pete turned and saw Patrick look at them, barely standing; Joe had untied Andy’s body and brought him outside, and Jon was holding a small box, Mikey’s ashes. Pete took a deep breath and turned, gesturing Billie Joe and Maja to go. With a last nod and a meaningful glance in Gabe’s direction, the vampire reached Patrick and lifted him off the ground, heading quickly for the door.
A few seconds later there was no one left in the room, and Gabe looked down at William’s relaxed features. “Thank you, dollface.” He whispered just before his fangs sank in the boy’s neck.

Three days later
“How’s Patrick doing?” Spencer asked as soon as Jon entered the library, and everyone else turned towards him as well, waiting for an answer.
“Better. The fever’s gone, he’s not septic anymore, so he just needs rest and a few meds.” Jon announced with a little smile. “Pete’s trying to convince him to take painkillers.” He saw a few relieved smiles on his friend’s faces and felt slightly better. “Mike…well, the two Mikes are feeling better too, and Travie’s actually on his way down the stairs with a fancy pair of crutches.”
“I heard ya’!” Travis yelled from the hall, and Vicky chuckled, heading to the stairs to help her boyfriend.
“What about Joe?” Maja asked with a concerned frown.
“Haley’s still with him.” Jon sighed, his heart feeling heavy again. “It’ll take a while, but he’s gonna deal.” After a few seconds of silence Jon walked over the couch, sitting next to Spencer. “Bob seems to feel better as well. He’s starting to talk.”
“What did he say?” Alex raised an eyebrow, curious and worried.
“He…” Jon hesitated, taking a deep breath. “He asked to see Gabe.”
Maja closed her eyes at that, the image of the vampire holding William’s body fresh in her mind. She felt her eyes water and stood, excusing herself with a whisper, while Ryan just hid his face against Brendon’s shoulder.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to…” Jon started to stand, but Billie Joe stopped him.
“Don’t worry, I’ll go.”
With that the vampire headed upstairs, knowing exactly where to find the witch. As he reached the door of William and Gabe’s room, he slowly walked in. Maja was standing in front of the bed, looking at Gabe’s purple hoodie and silently crying.
“I want Bill back.” The girl whispered without looking up, and Billie Joe hugged her from behind, holding her close. “I want them both back.”
“I know, babe.” The vampire closed his eyes and placed a kiss on her temple. She leaned back in his arms, and her hand closed on Billie Joe’s, lacing their fingers together. “I know.”

One day later
Maja heard the alarms go off and everyone quickly grabbed their weapons, taking their positions in the hall. Pete was out with Ryland and Billie Joe to get some blood for the stash, so she grabbed a gun as well and waited for the intruder to reach the door. It was half past ten, so it was probably a vampire, but she had no idea who it could be. When the doorbells rang a few seconds later, she hoped it wasn’t Gerard Way. She wasn’t in any condition to restrain herself and not kill him.
With a deep breath Maja opened the door, ready to shoot at the slightest sign of aggression from the visitor.
“Don’t shoot me, I’m pretty.” William raised his hands in defense, a sly grin on his face as he stood in the doorstep.
“He is.” Gabe confirmed looking at the witch from above William’s shoulder.
“I’ll tell you a secret, I’m a vampire.” William leaned towards Maja, amused by her shocked expression. “That’s why I’m so hot.”
“You’ve always been pretty hot.” Maja finally said, a huge smile stretching her lips. She threw her arms around the boy’s neck and pulled him in a tight hug, tears falling down her cheeks. “I thought you…oh God, you…” She withdrew enough to grip William’s chin with her hand, looking at the boy in the eye. “Do that again, and I’ll kill you with my bare hands.”
“Hey, I’m not dead.” William reassured her, and gained a slap upside the head.
“It’s not funny.” Maja glared at him, then finally let go and wiped her tears while the others reached them on the doorstep. She turned towards Gabe and the vampire smiled, sincerely happy to see her. “Thanks.” Maja whispered as she hugged him. “For saving him and for being alive.”
“My pleasure.” Gabe place a kiss on her forehead and they broke the embrace.
They all walked inside, while the other hunters cheered up and started a round of hugs.
“I can’t believe it, you’ve got more lives than a cat.” Mike snorted as he caught William’s attention, resting his weight on the crutch and not on his healing leg, but he couldn’t keep the wide smile from his face.
“I’m happy to see you too.” William hugged him, careful not to pull him off balance. Sisky reached them and, as soon as William stepped away from Mike, he threw himself at his friend. “Whoa, slow down Sisky.”
“The hell slow down, you brat.” Sisky held him tighter than necessary, and William hugged him back.
“Brat?” The young vampire asked, arching an eyebrow.
“He’s probably studying the dictionary.” Gabe suggested, and gained a slap on the arm from Alex. “Hey, I thought you were happy to see me!”
“Not so sure anymore.” Alex grinned, and smiled at William as soon as Sisky let him go.
“Bill!” Ryan almost yelled, running towards the boy and basically jumping in his arms. “Bill, Bill, Bill, Bill!”
William laughed and held Ryan up, finding it oddly easy. “Yeah, that’s my name.”
“I’m so fucking happy to see you.” Ryan whispered against his neck, sobbing. William was surprised to see the boy bare his feelings like that with everyone around, and held him tighter.
“I’m happy to see you too, skinny.” William whispered back, slowly putting his friend down. “Hey Brendon!”
“As soon as he lets you breathe, I’ll be happy to have a hug myself.” Brendon grinned, tilting his head to the side and waiting.
“I’m not letting him go.” Ryan muttered, and tightened his grip on William’s shirt, causing him to stifle a little laugh.
After everyone had greeted them, Tom included, and expressed just how happy they were that Gabe and William were still alive, the young vampire looked around, his smile fading visibly.
“Where are the others? Where’s Patrick?” William asked with a worried frown, looking at Maja.
“Pete, BJ and Ryland are off to find blood.” Maja approached him again, smiling. “Patrick’s fine, he’s upstairs.”
“Let’s pretend we’re ghosts and scare the hell out of him.” Gabe proposed, grabbing William’s hand and dragging him towards the stairs.
“They’re back, people.” Maja shook her head, amused by the scene in front of her.
~
“Uuuhhh.” Gabe muttered while he slowly opened Patrick’s door, doing his best mocking imitation of a scary voice. “Uuuhhh.”
“Stop it, or he’ll shoot you just to make you shut up.” William rolled his eyes as he pushed Gabe inside, almost causing him to fall on the ground. “Never mind him, Trick, he’s just being a dork.”
“Am I hallucinating?” Patrick asked with an unsure smile, looking at them wide-eyed. “’Cause I totally don’t trust Jon’s alternative medicine.”
“You’re not hallucinating.” William confirmed, reaching the bed and sitting down in front of the werewolf. “We’re real. I’m totally real. Like, vampire real.”
“Then why aren’t you hugging me?” Patrick pulled William in his arms, holding him tight and closing his eyes, relief filling his heart. “That son of a…that crazy bastard of your boyfriend did it.”
“You’re happy that I’m a crazy bastard, aren’t you?” Gabe asked with a grin, and saw Patrick look at him with a grateful and relieved smile.
“What are you two talking about?” William withdrew, looking between them. “Is it so weird that he turned me? I was about to die, Pete did the same with Ryan.”
“You didn’t tell him?” Patrick arched an eyebrow, looking at Gabe, who simply shook his head. “What d’you remember?”
“Not much. I barely remember Butcher taking us out of the cemetery, the basement with the bodies.” William looked at his hands, swallowing. “Then a few things about the past four days. Like, Gabe bringing me blood and waiting for me to get my strength back.” William frowned, looking again between Patrick and Gabe. “Guys?”
“Butcher killed you.” Patrick said, looking at William with a little smile. “He strangled you.”
“What? No, if he --” William stopped suddenly, looking at the werewolf with shock. “I’m a ghost?”
Gabe burst out laughing at that, sitting on the bed to avoid falling on the ground in a fit of hysterical laughter.
“Gabe turned you.” Patrick threw an amused glance at the older vampire, then shook his head and brought his gaze back on William. “Theoretically, a vampire can turn a human even after their death, if the body’s still warm.”
“Theoretically?”
“Well, the only ones who apparently managed to do it and survived were about six hundred years old, and knew better than to leave any evidence of it.” Patrick explained, smiling when realization hit William like a punch. “That crazy bastard of your boyfriend tried without even knowing for sure if it ever worked before.”
William turned to look at Gabe, who just smiled back and shrugged. “You crazy bastard.” The young vampire whispered, feeling his heart swell.
“I think you still have a lot of things to talk about.” Patrick smiled affectionately at the two of them, shaking his head.
“Later.” Gabe grinned and sat up, placing a quick kiss on William’s forehead, the looked at Patrick again. “First we gotta greet that old bat of your boyfriend. I think he just got home.”
“Pete!” William stood quickly, a wide smile on his face. “Let’s go. See you later, Trick.”
“Teenagers.” Gabe shook his head and stopped William, gesturing towards his back. “Your starship’s ready to fight the final battle against Filthy Petey, my captain.”
“You two are so adorkable together.” Patrick laughed as William jumped on Gabe’s shoulders, circling the vampire’s waist with his legs and getting ready for a piggyback ride.
“I’ll take it as a compliment.” Gabe opened the door and threw a last grin at Patrick.
“He’s mine.” William mouthed at Patrick and pointed at Gabe, just before the older vampire stepped outside.
A few seconds later they heard Pete’s voice and headed towards the stairs.
“Filthy Petey, your end is near!” William announced as Gabe walked them downstairs towards the hall.
Pete, Billie Joe and Ryland looked up and they all smiled as the two vampires approached them.
“What the…”
“You can’t defeat us, Filthy Petey, me and my captain are immortal.” Gabe reached them quickly and William jumped off, a wide smile on his lips.
“You two are incredible.” Pete muttered just before William threw himself at his neck and hugged him. “Welcome home, Bill.”
William just closed his eyes, happy to be home again. He heard Gabe talk to Ryland and Billie Joe, and finally broke the hug, withdrawing. “Mikey’s staying here too?”
At those words Pete’s smile disappeared, and both Ryland and Billie Joe excused themselves, knowing it was something Pete, William and Gabe had to talk about in private.
~~
Later that night
“Bill?” Gabe stood on the doorstep of their room, worried. After Pete had told him about Mikey’s death, William had been sitting on the bed, silent.
“I never told him.” William whispered, and Gabe took it as a signal the boy was ready to talk. He stepped inside and closed the door, then approached the bed slowly. “I wish I could tell him I’m sorry for the way I treated him, but now it’s late.”
“He loved you.” Gabe admitted, sitting in front of William. “I never thought I’d believe it myself, but he loved you.”
“I know.” William looked up, a sad smile on his lips.
Without another word Gabe pulled the boy in a hug, holding him against his chest and placing a kiss on his temple. He made them lie down, still holding William, and they stayed like that for a few minutes, just enjoying each other’s touch.
“Gabe.” William whispered, breaking the silence. There was a long pause, and the boy buried his face in the crook of the other vampire’s neck. “I love you.” William placed a kiss on Gabe’s neck. “And yes, I wanna be your mate.”
Gabe looked down at him, withdrawing enough to see his face. “Really?”
“Really.” William smiled, raising his head enough to kiss his boyfriend. “You could have died.”
“You were dead, I didn’t care.” Gabe admitted, his eyes finding the boy’s curious ones. “Besides, you wanted to be a vampire, didn’t you?”
“I did.” William smiled, his hand finding Gabe’s and lacing their fingers together.
“And you’re still okay with spending eternity with me?” The older vampire asked, a little smirk on his lips.
“I’m more than okay.” William closed his eyes, resting his head on Gabe’s chest.
“Can I call you Mrs. Saporta?” The hunter could hear the smirk in his boyfriend’s voice and brought his free hand to the vampire’s crotch.
“Do that and I’ll cut your balls off.” William hissed, squeezing hard and causing Gabe to yell, surprised.
“Bill will do.” The older vampire quickly declared, wincing again as William gave a final squeeze.
“Damn right.” William smirked and opened his eyes. He placed a kiss on his boyfriend’s neck and relaxed in his arms.
“Bill.” Gabe whispered against the boy’s hair a few seconds later. “I love you too.”
~
The alarms went off not an hour later, and both William and Gabe rushed downstairs, guns ready. None of them was out, so it had to be an intruder. As expected, the visitor reached the door and rang the doorbell a few seconds later.
Pete kept his gun ready as he opened the door, but lowered it as he saw who it was on the doorstep.
“Alicia?” Pete asked, stunned, and waited for the girl to say something.
“Mikey asked me to bring this here, if something happened to him.” Alicia gestured towards a package in her hands, her tone flat.
“What is it?” Pete asked, suspicious and wary.
“I don’t know.” The girl admitted, shrugging. “I don’t care.”
“Come in.” Pete moved aside and gestured the other vampire to step in, but she shook her head.
“Just take the damn thing and forget you saw me.” Alicia handed Pete the package, then turned and started to walk away.
For a few seconds there was a stunned silence in the room, then William reached his boss, confused.
“Who was that?”
“Mikey’s wife.” Pete whispered, his eyes following the girl while she walked away.

A/N: First thing, I noticed a bit of confusion on the Sire/Childe and mating thing. A Sire and his/her Childe ARE allowed to be mates, but two vampires with the same Sire are NOT allowed (like Frank and Gerard, who were both Sired by Gabe).
Second thing, seriously, you really thought I could kill William and leave it that way? ;_; I mean, I love the boy. ;_;
Third thing, Mikey. The ones who didn't want him around William will be happy. I feel so bad for killing him. T_T
Forth thing, should I post the timeline thingy with who arrived at the Wentz manor and when? Also, who wants to know how old Pete, Patrick and the other immortals are?
Okay, I’m done with the questioning. LOL
See you soon, people. *hugs all of you*JM
