Thoughts about 2x10 Hunted and...well, thoughts about 2x10 Hunted ! XD
I'm getting my brain back. Finally.
Seriously, dude! The episode was awesome!
I might be a bit disappointed 'cause the secret wasn't so secret after all, but I'm the only one to blame for that, 'cause I'm a spoiler whore and I can't simply sit and wait. But really, it was awesome! One of my favourites, for sure.
And the slashiest scene in the history of slash scenes? That split second when we all thought, believed, they were gonna hug? The way Dean freaked out when he thought Sam was dead? Man! I loved that scene so much! But I'm so pissed that Gordon is still alive! >< I hate the man! And I don't even like him as a 'bad guy', he's simply meant to be dead, as soon as possible.
Oh, and there's also the wonderful scene at the beginning, where Dean begs. Yeah, he begs Sam to give him time to work things out. And the way he squeezes his eyes shut 'cause he's too damn close to crying and falling to his knees under the weight on his shoulders? Wonderful. Abso-fuckin'-lutely wonderful. I love the way Jensen did the scene. No, really, it doesn't have anything to do with the fact that I love the man, I really liked how he played the scene.
Jared was really good too, and that's quite shocking. No, not 'cause I'm mean and I want to tease Jared (poor boy XD), but because I think it's rare to see a scene like that, even between the two of them. They always have a clear chemistry, and that's partly why the show works so well, but this time...this scene it was something special. There was some kind of connection, of...I dunno, they were great, both of them. I felt the same in the scene between John and Dean, when the good old man tells the damn secret to his son. Jensen and Jeffrey Dean were so...so!
Man, They can say what they want, but I love the way these three actors do their job. They show the depth of character Kripke&Singer created and they made me love the characters, all the three. 'specially John, of course, but yeah, I love all the three.
As ever I'll think of something else, but I'll write it the next time...
