Throw off a cliff: Cash Colligan. I don't have anything against him, even though I don't really like The Cab. He looks cute and he's a bassist (I love bassists, as you might have noticed), but compared to the other names? Yeah, he totally jumps off the cliff, sorry. :P
Shag: Patrick Stump. It's actually a tough choice, but I would totally shag Patrick. Like, a lot. He can be both cute and hot -at the same time too-, serious and dorky, and damn, his voice. He would be the right boy to marry, if the other name wasn't the perfect boy to marry.
Marry: Jon Walker. Because. Seriously, do I need to say it? He's perfect. He has the most beautiful smile I've ever seen, he's sweet, he plays bass, he sings, he's holyfuckinghellHOT, he's a dork and he's adorable. I could go on forever listing all the things I love about this boy, starting from his gorgeous face and ending with the silly flip flops.
And yeah, I'm already married to mi amor Gaberito, but he plays with William Beckett, so I can play with other boys too. Gosh, bandom ruined my life *facepalm*
