I'm having an awesome timehanging out for ths first week before the seminar starts. I've just been learning POrtuguese and seeing a side of rio that the tourists don't see. As well as someof it they do thrown in there!! haha!
Went with Claudia and Jon to Christ the redeemer yesterday, and today we'regoing with Leo and Katie, the redident gays in our apartment to the Gay Pride parade down on Ipanema Beach! Yay! Should be fun! Apparently its just a moving concert and party. Andafter theparadewe're going to a hippie fair!!!
This morning, when every one wakes up (I'm still getting over jt lag... its not even 8 yet!) we're going on a hike and we'll do our portuguese lesson in the botanic gardens. THis is the coolest place in the world. I'm having the timeof my fuckinglife.
Except the milk here iskind of gross. I had a craving for milk with maple syrup... and i made it... but its gross.
I woke up at six thismorning when Kaite and Leo came in from their gay pride celebrations... haha. Yesterday leo came up and sat me down and was like, I have a question, don't be mad, don't feel pressured to answer I mean, I just want to ask, but don't worry, its ok, I'm notpressuringyou or anything,its uptoyou if you answer...
I was like... shit... whats he going to ask!!!
"Do you smoke pot?" hahahahaha.... ohhhh funny.
I'm going to have a shower... with any luck it might be warm. haha.
