I DID IT!!!
I finished my first marathon today!!! It was the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC. My overall time was 6:21:24.
My main goal was to finish, which was a struggle at a few times because of stomach problems. What's important is that I didn't get pulled off the course at mile 20 (the only time checkpoint).
I plan on writing a marathon race report tomorrow, so I'll post that here, too, tomorrow. I'm just excited at wanted to tell everyone tonight. :)
