oh yah I got
distracted here's a thingFive Fictional Facts Friday*:
Lucienne Lucienne is named after a real person and a fake one. Aimee Diehl was a schoolmate, and I just happened to steal her name [among others'--a flip through my yearbooks will ID well too many characters of mine]. Lucien is the antagonist(?) of Zork: Nemesis. There's really no rhyme or reason to the pairing--I just tend to pick what sounds "best" when matching names.
Lucienne is, most specifically, the "Mom" figure of the Diehls. None of the others really understand the relationship that well, mostly because they've been given no reason to question it, but they DO understand that she provides the same sort of... I guess "services" isn't really the best word, but that. Short of it is they wouldn't get out of line with her [not that that's easy to do, anyway].
Lucienne has no rank. The Diehls'
ranks are tied to their forms, and hers is
impermenant. Lucienne is also pretty much every deity, ever. LOL SPOILAR, but it's tied to my personal beliefs not in what is, but what is possible. I think it'd be cool if Christians went to Heaven, Buddhists reached Enlightenment, vikings went to Valhalla, and all this fighting was over nothing [unless it was a prerequisite for one's personal eternity of preference].
Lucienne is also pretty much every LIVING THING, ever. Sometimes I scare myself with this idea, but once I thought, "What if everyone was one person, living one life at a time, and one day all of 'us' would eventually live my life as well as every other life, too?" =|
In a way, it's a scare tactic to be as kind to others as possible, 'cause one day that'll be YOU. [And me.] While in some cases it would be justice, in pretty much any other it'd be absolutely horrible.
...okay, not really a happy fun last fact, but that's all I got.
*I know why Friday, but I never seem to make it.
I have some write-ups or other, but I don't feel like it at the moment. Everything's a distraction, seems like >_
