3671: The Wonder
I should not be getting any more XM calls, even though I got three more after submitting my complaint to the BBB [which I'd put off doing since they aren't registered with the BBB but I finally got aggravated enough to tell on them]. There is literally NO reason they should be calling now that I'm on record as "not interested" in renewing--before I was too mad and short of time to actually spell out "no" in as many words.
Saying this, they'll call me... >_< 'CAUSE COMCAST SURE IS
Somehow we got into the discussion of college at work, I guess because Taffy is taking an accounting class and has to write papers for it. Apparently they thought I had a Masters of some kind--I said, no, just a Bachelors in Engineering Design [Graphics] after five years learning what I didn't want to do...
So Envy Adams says she didn't go to school [read: college, but that explains a lot either way], that her mother said, "I have $$,$$$ in your college savings account. You can either go to community college, or I can give it to you." She replied, "I take checks." So she bought a house like two months after turning eighteen... and worked shit jobs bullshitting her way to jobs that she wasn't really qualified to do, like this "rocket scientist" thing I keep hearing about.
The "that explains it" moment is the main reason I posted this. AAGH ::>_ hanging around ^^
