3215: Point and Click
I had a point-and-click dream D= ...about jurburs! o_O Basically, I was supposed to distract them with a chew toy, and I used the wrong thing, which became evident when I found another chew toy... ¬_¬ [Walking Dead Syndrome, anyone?]
--except, er, when I retried it, they didn't even pay any attention to it, so I didn't need even the first thing to distract them. Guess my writing needs work even in my subconscious X3
Otherwise, yesh, anyone who has me on their Friends list on XBLA may have noticed me chugging through Monkey Island: SE the past few days. I figured, C gave me 1600 Space Moneys, so why not use it. Thing is, Monkey Island was the only thing I was remotely interested in getting any time soon, and I'm not particularly drum-happy anymore to buy more Rock Band songs... I'm a bit perplexed what to use it for if not to save it. Wallace & Gromit is an episodic P&C, but I haven't heard anything about it to know if it's worth the d/l [being mindful of my poor experiences with Rhem 2 and ...whatever was that one that was like 1000 empty screens to 100 screens with actual active items in it]. I'd have to figure that Aardman is as reliable as Purcell, tho, right?

Review: SE version is... weird =/ I realize why they did it that way, but the HD sprites laid over the original pixel animation is rather jarring. I'd have preferred a fully 3-D version to remove the motion "seams."
Art: I was feeling low--not for any particular reason, despite how the week's gone so far, but why not use that to my advantage =p --and drew a scene that was in my head after my comment about how my characters are flawed. I must've felt I wasn't getting that across, but how do I expect to do that without finishing anything I start? 9_9 Still, my funky little Muse wanted to break sequence, and why not oblige:
This is pretty much the polar opposite of what Versa's normally like, which is why it interested me. In my experience, this means that anyone who doesn't read that line will naturally figure she's a drunken, chain-smoking dirty slut, because how can anyone say that isn't what she's like if that's nearly all I've drawn of her ¬_¬ [Real World]"'I wasn't like that...' Yes, you WERE! Who you were on camera is who you really were in life!"[/Real World] ...yeah, gotta work on that... -_-;
Also, it looks like crap because I haven't cleaned it up, besides it's only the 3.5x5.5" I can get done at work =p so if it's NSFW... I'm in trouble XB I'll pick at it to get something more intelligible as leisure permits.
I don't think weekend plans were made. Locals up for something? Otherwise, we were going to see the hi-larity that G.I.Joe will be =p
