3058: The Careless Kind (Evil Nine Remix)
So now eBay has ventured forth into bugging me at work with telemarketing! GDI X/ I might not have cared had it been at Rockledge, but I get irritated being interrupted on campus, since I actually DO things there. What gets me is that apparently telemarketing works, otherwise why would they bother? Like, for every person they pay $8-12/hr, they get $100 in sales/hr. Fucking nuisance... and I couldn't tell 'em to shove it 'cause I was at work! I ought to just close my store now out of spite, but it's going to be just as much of a nuisance offloading things otherwise--too bad Yahoo! Auctions folded here [though not in other countries?!]...
I thought of another event I *might* travel back in time to change: This one FurBid auction that closed when we were on the road and the seller didn't have it for proxy bidding and WHY DID WE HAVE TO LEAVE THEN 'cause it cost me a never-to-be-found-again Animalympics cel >:(
So many mistakes surrounding that, but can't do anything about it except gripe once in a while. [Might as well--that's what the cel depicted, after all! Kit growling at René! Fitting, if nothing else.]
Also, postal guy FOLDED my latest Usagi X/ --not noticeably, thanks to the thick envelope, but folded all the same! Should I just switch over my mail now? The house has a huge fuck-off box so there's no excuse for this bullshit.
Time for ironing =p
