2648: Down On The Corner
I have this ingrained notion that nothing major's ever going to happen after Thursday afternoon--the "opportunity" from yesterday was, "What did you do between DoubleJump and graduation? ...oh, you just fucked around, basically? Sorry, I think this position was looking for someone who'd actually found work related to their study in that time..."--so today's just clean up. I'm even kind of defeated on my "Do this to get something done" book, since a lot of the job hunt wants stuff like CSS and portfolio work of pamphlets and stuff like that, so I feel like I should be at least teaching myself some stuff in this time... TOO MUCH TO DO! =p
I did do some couch potato hunting, in the sense there was a black squirrellie playing in the snow outside the window [now that it's sunny, it doesn't feel like a waste opening the blinds], so I tried to get some pictures/movies of it. Unfortunately, I still need a camera with massive zoom, as what I took looks like a spastic bundle of five or six pixels under a tree... but through HUMAN eyes, it was really damn cute ^^:
It prolly realized what I was doing after a while, though--came right up to the patio and hid under the broom, then snuck away before I could get a good shot =( Haven't seen it since... THE LITTLE TEASE.
I've got some riddles, but it feels like more work keeping up with posting them/going back and posting answers than is worth at the moment. *pbbbbblt*
