Except, especially if you've seen "The Other Brothers Elric" as I've mentioned twice before and noting the filename as "the_edward_elrics.jpg" [as loathe as I am to explain what seems like an obvious drawing], you can tell that is Russell Tringam =/

Oh! Okay, so like I aparently forgot that character existed. A quick video search and 20 minutes later, I can see the direction now. Sorry about that. ^^;
